ART OF BAKING was established in 2018 through a joint venture between Minor Food Group PCL and Srifa Frozen Food Co., Ltd., with the objective of capturing the growing market opportunity for bakery products across Asia.
Since 2025, in collaboration with Europastry, Art of Baking has entered a new phase of development, reinforcing its industrial capabilities and strengthening its long-term growth strategy in the frozen bakery segment.
By combining strong local expertise with international know-how, Art of Baking operates with advanced frozen dough production technology, ensuring outstanding consistency, food safety, high production capacity, and cost competitiveness.
The facility is certified under the FSSC 22000 standard (GFSI recognized), guaranteeing world-class food safety and quality standards.
